FJWU provides the first rate facilities of Sports to Students, with a full calendar of events to ensure that students enjoy full and varied campus life. It regularly holds various kinds of competitions round the year, providing students an opportunity to display their talents. Prizes are given in recognition of their talents.

FJWU had the honor of holding Intervarsity Women Table Tennis Championships in, 2005,2010,2012,2016 and Intervarsity Lawn Tennis championship, in 2012.Talented students of FJWU participate in intervarsity, All Pakistan Competitions such as:

Two of our represented the HEC in 24th world University Games held in Bangkok, Thailand (August 2007) and students achieved HEC color. FJWU students got HEC color, medals in intervarsity Championship, Sports Gala, Open Competitions and Women ‘s Week and have held victory stand in different events organized in different venues all over Pakistan. In 2009, madels were won in Intervarsity Athletics Championship and all Pakistan Rock climbing Competition and also FJWU students got good ranking in Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Volley Ball, Basket Ball Championship, 2009.
