Form and Guidelines (How to Apply)

Admission to Bachelor programs take place Once a year only and for MS/M.Phil Programs twice a Year. The schedule is announced in all the leading News Papers and on FJWU website.

  1. The University is accepting online applications only for Fall Semester 2024 through our online Admission Portal on our website, therefore during the application process, the candidates must upload electronic copies of their documents. There is no requirement to send hard copies of the documents/receipts. 
  2. Once the candidate enters all her information and uploads the required documents on the portal, she can pay the Application Processing fee online / print the Fee challan form for payment through the bank. After depositing the application fee kindly upload the paid copy of the receipt on the portal. The application will not be accepted/processed without this fee payment. The candidate will receive confirmation of application acceptance through an autogenerated e-mail.
  3. Candidates for Bachelors Program can apply for both Regular and Self Support Programs. They will be considered for both Programs. However, once admitted on the merit of the Self-Support Program, candidates will not have the option to move/transfer into the Regular Program at any stage of their academic session.
  4. Candidates awaiting results must submit their online applications within the due date. While filling the online application the candidates awaiting their results must mention their Part I result in their intermediate academic qualification and also must check the box of Result pending. Results declared after the submission of the on-line application can only be entered in the portal by the candidate herself by the notified date on our website for entering the late results, if any.
  5. Any kind of tampering in documents will lead to permanent disqualification.
  6. Candidates having any foreign degrees/ diploma/ results in the form of GPA/Grade points are required to upload an equivalence certificate stating percentage/marks.
  7. All admissions will be granted provisionally and will be subject to finalization/confirmation only after submission of SSC and HSSC certificates by the candidates, duly attested by IBCC, within 02 weeks of admission.
  8. All information / Admission Updates and Merit Lists will be displayed on the University website. No letters/calls/messages would be sent for admission offers/commencement of classes, etc.
  9. The schedule for displaying the Merit Lists will be available on our website by the 4th week of August 2024.
  10. An open house for the information of candidates and their parents will be held on August 08, 2024. The details will be available on our website in the first week of August.
  11. Different scholarships for deserving students and on-campus hostel facilities are also available.
