Environmental Sciences Department at Fatima Jinnah Women University was established in 1999. During the short span of time, Department has grown exponentially and has been recognized nationally as well as internationally. Mission
Department train students to become environmental leaders working to create a sustainable society that embodies respect and care for the community of life, ecological integrity, social and economic justice, democracy, nonviolence, and peace. This vision inspires us to achieve excellence in our graduate and post-graduate degree programs and collaborative community service. Thus, the program aims to prepare future professionals for careers in environmental protection and sustainable management while fostering ethical stewardship to tackle global climate challenges.
