Conference Overview:

The Department of English at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, in collaboration with Regional English Language Office (RELO Pakistan) and PakTESOL, invites scholars, researchers, and practitioners to participate in the International Conference on Digital Landscapes, which explores the transformative effects of digital technology on literature, language, and linguistics. The event aims to investigate how digital spaces reshape communication, literature, and linguistic paradigms, and how Artificial Intelligence (AI) influences these fields. The conference will also feature a Post Conference Institute (PCI); providing a unique opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding and skills in these cutting-edge areas through intensive workshops and expert-led sessions.

Submission Process and Guidelines:

  1. Authors are required to submit an abstract of 250-300 words outlining the scope, objectives, methodology, and key concerns of their proposed paper.
  2. Authors can choose to present their work in either oral presentation or poster format.
  3. Abstracts should clearly indicate the chosen tentative title and area of submission (Language and Linguistics or Literature).
  4. Scholars working on Pakistan's national and regional languages and literature are especially welcome to submit their abstracts.
  5. Authors are encouraged to explore interdisciplinary approaches where relevant, especially at the intersections of literature, language, and digital culture.
  6. Authors should ensure that their work contributes novel insights or perspectives to the understanding of cyberculture in literature, language, and linguistics.
  7. Accepted abstracts should be from original research papers or critical analyses relevant to the chosen title and area of focus.
