Thesis on "Banking education and training" in National Institute of Banking And Finance (NIBAF) State Bank of Pakistan, both for its own staff as well as for the banking industry in the country. This study help in understanding about design and develop training programs for existing employee, training material preparation and publication, deliver International training programs, Evaluate planning and review for training programs.
