Advertisement for Admissions of Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education Leadership and Management Fall 2025

For admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education Leadership and Management, applicants are required to fulfill the following criteria:

1.         Early to Mid-career professional women with at least 2 years of work experience in the education sector or other related fields
2.         Preferably have worked in a Public Sector Institution/organization
3.         Be computer literate
4.         NOC from parent department (public sector, if any)

Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education Leadership and Management

1. For Semester System:
Minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0 and 3.1 out of 5 in 16 years of completed education from any HEC-recognized university /institution.
                                                                                                                                                     2. For Annual System:
2nd division in 16 years of completed education from any HEC-recognized university/institution.                                                                                                 

One-Year Post Graduate Diploma in HELM                                         Level I: Certified Course Work (I Semester)                                                    Level II: Diploma with Research Work of 6 Credit Hours (II Semesters).                                                                                                               Evening/Weekend Program (Flexible timings)                                                                 The enrolled individuals will be eligible for a Certificate in HELM upon successful completion of all the courses offered at Level I (1st Semester) of the program. The eligibility for the award of a Diploma in HELM would be subject to the completion of 06 credit hours of research work offered at Level–II (2nd Semester) of the program in addition to the coursework requirement. Enrolled individuals who want to exit after Level I can take Certificate and may re-join later within 3 years of enrolment to Level II for a Diploma. 

  1. The University is accepting online applications for the Fall Semester 2025 through the Online Admission Portal (https://onlineadmission.fjwu.edu.pk/). Therefore, during the application process, candidates must upload electronic copies of their documents. There is no requirement to send hard copies of the documents/receipts.
  2. Once the candidate enters all her information and uploads the required documents on the portal, she can apply to the program. After applying to the program, the application processing fee (non-refundable) can be paid via any online banking app using kuickpay only. The fee paid through any other means will not be acceptable. The application will not be accepted/processed without this fee payment within the due date.
  1. The application processing fee for Higher Education Leadership and Management will be Rs. 1200/-.
  1. All admissions will be granted provisionally and will be subject to finalization/confirmation only after submission of SSC and HSSC certificates by the candidates, duly attested by IBCC, within 02 weeks of admission.
  1. Candidates awaiting results must submit their online applications within the due date. Results declared after the submission of the online application can only be entered in the portal by the candidate herself by the notified date on our website.
  1. The schedule for displaying the Merit Lists will be available on our website by the 4th week of August 2025.
  1. All information / Admission Updates, and Merit Lists will be displayed on the University website. No letters/calls/messages would be sent for admission offers/commencement of classes, etc.
  2. The schedule for displaying the Merit Lists will be available on our website by the 3rd week of August 2025.
  3. An open house for the information of candidates and their parents will be held on August 05, 2025, in the Main Campus and on August 07, 2025, in Campus II on Chakri Road. The details will be available on our website in the first week of August.

 

The last date for submission of online applications is August 18, 2025.
