Phase II of Fall 2025 admissions are open. Applications for Phase II will be accepted for the following Undergraduate programs from September 10 to 12, 2025 (03 days only):

Minimum Eligibility:

  • A minimum of Second Division (45% marks) in Intermediate is required.
  • Admission Test is not required for any Program.

  • Classes in any Degree Program will not be initiated if the number of enrolled students is less than 10.
  • 02 % quota is reserved each for disabled/special persons and minorities.
  • 01 % quota is reserved for FJWU employees' children.
  • The University reserves the right to increase/decrease/re-offer the number of approved seats in any Department/Degree Program/Campus if required.
  1. The University is accepting online applications for the Fall Semester 2025 through the Online Admission Portal (https://onlineadmission.fjwu.edu.pk/). Therefore, during the application process, candidates must upload electronic copies of their documents. There is no requirement to send hard copies of the documents/receipts.
  2. Once the candidate enters all her information and uploads the required documents on the portal, she can apply in programs. After applying to programs, the application processing fee (non-refundable) can be paid via any online banking app using kuickpay only. The fee paid through any other means will not be acceptable. The application will not be accepted/processed without this fee payment within the due date.
  3. The application processing fee (non-refundable) for the applicants of the Bachelor's Program will be Rs. 1200/- with 03 options to apply for admission. Candidates desiring to apply for more options or for the Self Support Program as well have to pay another Rs. 1200/- for 03 more options, and so on. A single challan shall be generated, whatever the case.
  4. Candidates for the Bachelor's Program can apply for both the Regular and Self Support Programs. They will be considered for both Programs. However, once admitted on the merit of the Self-Support Program, candidates will not have the option to move/transfer into the Regular Program at any stage of their academic session.
  5. Applicants awaiting results (only those who have already appeared in the exams) can also apply for admission, and if they fulfill all the requirements for admission, they shall be given provisional admission on the basis of the intermediate Part-I results. These admissions will be confirmed later on after the declaration of the Part-II results, and subject to the fulfilment of the minimum eligibility requirements for the respective degree program.
  6. Candidates awaiting results will submit their complete result within 15 days after the declaration of the result, and if they fail to secure the required marks, their admission shall be treated as cancelled immediately without any further notice, and continuation of studies shall be considered unlawful. Applicants securing straight pass grades with the required percentage only shall be eligible for the continuation of studies.
  7. Any kind of tampering in documents will lead to permanent disqualification.
  8. Candidates having any foreign degrees/diplomas/ results in the form of GPA/Grade points are required to upload an equivalence certificate stating the percentage/marks.
  9. All admissions will be granted provisionally and will be subject to finalization/confirmation only after submission of SSC and HSSC certificates by the candidates, duly attested by IBCC, within 02 weeks of admission.
  10. All information / Admission Updates, and Merit Lists will be displayed on the University website. No letters/calls/messages would be sent for admission offers/commencement of classes, etc.
  11. The Merit Lists will be available on our website next week.
  12. Different scholarships for deserving students, on-campus hostel facilities, and transport are also available.
