Degree Title: Ph.D Urdu Zuban-O-Adab
Attendance: Full Time
Program Duration: 3 Years, The HEC allows a maximum period of 08 years to complete PhD degree requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
For admission to Ph.D. applicants are required to have:
1. Minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 and 3.75 out of 5.0 (in the Semester System) or First Division (in the Annual System) in M.Phil/MS/Equivalent in Urdu or Iqbaleaat) from any HEC-recognized university.
2. A 60% score in departmental test is required.
3. Supervisor’s Consent Letter.
4. NOC from the employer (if applicable).
N.B. Preference will be given to the students who have completed MS/M. Phil with Research Thesis.
Degree Completion Requirements  
To become eligible for the award of a PhD degree in _ Urdu Zuban-O-Adab _, a student must satisfy the following requirements:

1. Must have studied and passed the prescribed courses, totaling at least 18 credit hours.
2. Must have earned CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of at least 3.0 on a scale of 4.0.

The minimum duration for completion of Ph.D degree is 03 years. The HEC allows a maximum period of 08 years to complete Ph.D degree requirements
