Tender Notice Maintenance / Rehabilitation of University Washrooms and Miscellaneous Works at Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi Campus-I

1. FJWU invites E-bids through E-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) from contractors who have got their names enlisted / renewed for the current financial year as per Punjab Local Government Works rules 2017 and have registered on E-PADS for the current year @ MRS 1st Bi Annual 2026, District Punjab, Rawalpindi.
2. The Bidding shall be conducted in line with �Single Stage Two Envelope� procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders. Rs. 460,922/- as bid security(3%) in shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi (FTN # 9020016-0), must be submitted along with covering letter. The soft copy of the bid security must be attached with E-Bids on EPAD. E-Bids without or less earnest money as mentioned will not be entertained. No Crossed-Cheque / Bank Challan / Cash or any other instrument other than Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit will be accepted.
3. Please attach soft copy of e-bid security along-with the technical e-bid / proposal and original e- bid security to be submitted in the University P&D Directorate before tender opening date and time.
4. Offer received by any other means other than E-PADS, received through mail / courier / by hand before the expiry of submission time will be rejected.
5. Tender Documents are available on Punjab PPRA as well as on university website. Detailed Terms & Conditions / Tender documents can be downloaded from Punjab PPRA as well as from university website (free of cost) after uploading / publication of the tender notice.

7. Undertaking by the firm / company on a legal paper / stamp paper that it is currently not black listed by procuring agency and PPRA.
8. National Tax Registration number with active taxpayer number
9. Should be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).
10. The bid(s) prepared in accordance with the instructions mentioned in the respective procurement activity's Bidding Document, must be submitted through e-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk by or before 11:00 A.M hours PST on the closing date i.e. June 9, 2026 for respective procurement activity mentioned above. The bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M hours PST through e-PADS on same day for respective procurement activity in the presence of bidders or their representatives who shall choose to attend the bids' opening session to be held in FJWU.
11. The quoted rates in the bids must be item wise and clearly readable. Furthermore, incomplete, ambiguous and unfilled bids would not be entertained and considered as rejected.
12. In case of submission of any fake or forge document, the Contractor/ Firm would be disqualified/blacklisted.
13. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposals under PPRA Rules-2014, Chapter VI, Clause-35.
14. Non-responsive, Non Readable, Non Signed & Non Stamped bids shall be rejected.
