Tender Notice for Provision, Printing & Composing of RFID Cards, Hard Shells and Lanyards

Fatima Jinnah Women University (hereinafter referred to as FJWU) invites sealed E-Bids from experienced companies for PROVISION, PRINTING & COMPOSING OF RFID CARDS, HARD SHELLS AND LANYARDS for its Students/ Faculty/ Staff:-

Terms & Conditions:

  1. All interested E-Bidders should be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/ Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) and must be an active tax filer.
  2. The prices should be quoted in Pak Rupees. The GST to be indicated separately where applicable.
  3. The prices quoted should be valid for 90 days and extendable for another 30 days.
  4. The University may reject all E-Bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of an E-Bid or proposal. The University shall upon request communicate to any E-Bidder who submitted an E-Bid or proposal, the ground for its rejection of proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
  5. Two (2%) bid security of total estimated price must be submitted online.
  6. E-Bids without or LESS earnest money of the total estimated price mentioned below will not be entertained. (University FTN # 9020016-0).
  7. All E-bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the amount mentioned below should be submitted / transferred online as per the procedure established in system (e-Procurement System) in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.

  Pre bid meeting will be held on 7th October,2026 at 11:30 am in the University Purchase Office Campus-I, Rawalpindi.

  1. E-Bids are invited from Bidders i.e., firms/companies/sole proprietor/ general order Suppliers. The bidders should submit E-bids online. The E-bids shall be received as per single stage two envelope procedures.
  2. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the Bid on eP Portal, well before the submission of deadline, and not wait for the last date and time to upload the bid. Bid submission on eP Portal shall entirely be the responsibility of the bidder. FJWU shall not be held responsible for any issues thereof.
  3. Offer received by any other means other than Punjab e-Procurement System, received through mail / courier / by hand before the expiry of submission time will be rejected.
  4. Evaluation Criteria:

Evaluation shall be done as per rule 38-A of PPRA 2014.Technically compliant and lowest evaluated E-Bid will be accepted.

Interested parties may submit their E-Bids till 1100 hours on 14th October, 2026. The E-Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours. No bid will be received after 1100 hours. In case of any official or local holiday, falling on the last date for submission of the bids, the next working day will automatically be the date for opening of the bids.
