Electrical Notice: Invitation for Work Assessment alongwith Engineering Estimate – Electrical Scope
1. Reputable companies/firms/vendors are hereby invited to submit their expression of interest for detailed assessment and preparation of engineering estimates for the following electrical works.
2. Estimates shall be prepared under MRS Punjab item rates and market rate analysis as per Punjab PPRA procedures (NSI, where applicable).
Scope of Work:
a. Service, Repair, and Maintenance of Substations at City Campus RWP.
- 2 × 1000 KVA Substations including H.T., L.T., PFI, ATS, and Transformers (J & P Made)
- 1 × 400 KVA Transformer
b. Service, Repair, and Maintenance of Generators at City Campus RWP.
- 2 × 500 KVA Generators (Cummins made)
c. Service, Repair, and Maintenance of Elevators at City Campus
- 2 Elevators (3 to 6 stations)
d. Service, Repair, and Maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems for Both Campuses
- 250 x Split and 5 x Central Air Conditioning Systems
e. Shifting and Overhauling for 3 x Generators and Allied Work
- Shifting of generator from City Campus to Campus II (Chakri Road)
- Supply, installation, fitting, and commissioning of ATS (MoR) and PFI system at Campus II
3. Interested firms may submit their expression of interest either for the complete scope of work or for individual components, according to their expertise and specialization. Participation will be considered more valuable at the time of work award. Site visits shall be permitted subject to prior gate entry in accordance with the prescribed security protocols. The detailed estimates along with all allied documents must be submitted within two (02) weeks from the date of publication of this Notice.
4. No TA/DA or any other charges shall be admissible.
