Eligibility Criteria: The 4-year bachelor's program is open to candidates with F.Sc. Premedical / A levels with Biology / Equivalent.
Degree Completion Requirements  
To become eligible for the award of a BS degree in Bioinformatics, a student must satisfy the following requirements:

1. The Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics is structured in accordance with the provisions of the HEC Undergraduate Education Policy 2023 and comprises of 136 credit hours spread over eight (08) regular semesters.
2. Students must complete all courses in the university core, general education and program-specific foundation/core/elective curriculum. Students will pursue their summer internship in the 6th semester. The capstone project will be initiated in 8th Semester.
3. Capstone project of 3 credit hours and internship of 3 credit hours must be completed in accordance with HEC Undergraduate Education Policy 2023. This requirement cannot be substituted with additional coursework.
4. A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for appearance in final term examination.
