Admissions: Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education Leadership and Management Fall 2022

For admission in Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education Leadership and Management applicants are required to fulfill the following criteria:

  1. Mid-career professional women with at least 2 years of work experience in higher education
  2. Preferably have worked in Public Sector Institution/organization
  3. Be computer literate
  4. NOC from parent department (public sector)

Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education Leadership and Management

  1. For Semester System: Minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0 and 3.1 out of 5 in 16 years of completed education from any HEC recognized university /institution.                                                                                                                                                     
  2. For Annual System: 2nd division in 16 years of completed education from any HEC recognized university/institution.                                                                                                 

Level I: Certified Course Work (I Semester)

Level II: Diploma with Research Work of 6 Credit Hours (II Semesters).Evening Program (2pm-6pm)

The enrolled individuals will be eligible for Certificate in HELM upon successful completion of all the courses offered at Level-I of the program. The eligibility for the award of Diploma in HELM would be subject to the completion of 06 credit hours of research work offered at Level–II of the program in addition to the course work requirement. Enrolled individuals who want to exit after Level I can take Certificate and may re-join later within 3 years of enrolment to Level II for Diploma. 

FJWU Admission Application Forms are available on our website. Candidates can download the forms, fill them and attach all the required documents (mentioned in the form). These forms must be submitted in the following authorized bank branches along with the application processing fee (Rs. 1000/- per form):

Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Islamabad (Blue Area Branch),  Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Mardan, Peshawar, Quetta, Rahim Yar Khan, Rawalpindi (Al-Amin Branch, Saddar and Chandni Chowk Branch, Muree Road), Sargodha, Sialkot, Wah Cantt.

Please note that all duly filled Application Form/s must be submitted to the above mentioned relevant bank branches only by September 15, 2022.

Candidates are required to complete both pages of Annexure provided in the Form and retain the Student’s Copy, duly signed by the Bank authorities, as a proof of the submission and as a reference document for any later queries/submissions. Candidates are advised to ensure that all documents submitted with form are duly entered in the annexure, and verified in the Annexure by Bank authorities. Form Processing Fee (Rs. 100/- per Form) would be collected by the First Women Bank at the time of form submission.
