Admissions Fall 2023 Open Bachelors Degree Programs (4 years) (Regular and Self Support)

Minimum Eligibility:

  • 1st division (in Intermediate or equivalent to 12 years of education) for Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) approved Software & Electronic Engineering Departments.
  • 50 % marks (in Intermediate or equivalent to 12 years of education) for Law and 60 % marks (in Intermediate or equivalent to 12 years of education) for BCS Departments.
  • 2nd Division for all other disciplines of Bachelor’s Programs.
  • NAT-I conducted by NTS / Entry Test conducted by UET / NUST / ETEA for Engineering Departments / USAT conducted by HEC is required for admission in Engineering Departments. A minimum score of 33 % is required for the test.
  • For LLB Degree Program, a score of 50 in the Law Admission Test (LAT) conducted by HEC is required.
  • Test is not required for other programs/departments of bachelor’s Programs.

  • 02 % quota is reserved each for disabled/special persons and minorities.
  • The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of seats in any Degree Program, if required.

FJWU Prospectus and Admission Application Forms will be available (@ Rs. 1000/- for Main Form and Rs. 100/- for each Additional Form) at the following authorized branches of First Women Bank Limited (FWBL) from July 10 – September 05, 2023:

Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Islamabad (Blue Area Branch), Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Mardan, Peshawar, Quetta, Rahim Yar Khan, Rawalpindi (FJWU Branch, Al-Amin Branch, Saddar, and Chandni Chowk Branch, Muree Road), Sargodha, Sialkot, Wah Cantt.

FJWU Prospectus 2023-24 and Admission Application Forms (Main Form and Additional Forms) are also available on our website. Candidates can download the forms, fill them and attach all the required documents (mentioned in the form). These forms must be submitted to the above-mentioned relevant bank branches along with the application processing fee (Rs. 1000 for one Main Form and Rs. 100/- for each Additional Form attached to the Main Form).

Please note that all duly filled Application Form/s must be submitted to the above-mentioned relevant bank branches only by August 8, 2023. Any Application Form submitted through any other means will not be entertained.

 

  1. Candidates can apply for one department / Degree Program only on the Main Form. Those desiring to apply for more than one department / Degree Program may do so by attaching a maximum of 03 Additional Forms (@ Rs. 100/- each), with the main form.
  2. Candidates wishing to apply for both Regular and Self Support Programs will have to submit 02 Main Forms. They will be considered for both Programs. However, once admitted on the merit of the Self-Support Program, candidates will not have the option to move/transfer into the Regular Program at any stage of their academic session.
  3. Only one set of attested documents is required with one Main Form and all the Additional Forms submitted with it.
  4. i) Candidates are required to complete both pages of the Annexure provided in the Main Form and retain the Student’s Copy, duly signed by the Bank authorities, as proof of the submission and as a reference document for any later queries/submissions. Candidates are advised to ensure that all documents submitted with the form are duly entered in the annexure, and verified in the Annexure by Bank authorities.

    ii) Results declared after the submission of form/s, can only be submitted in the Admission Office, FJWU by the notified date on our website.

  5. The application form/s (maximum of 04 in one set including one Main Form and up to 03 Additional Forms) will be received by the Bank together, in one transaction, with the duly filled Annexure. No submission will be received without the duly filled Annexure. Any further submission will only be considered with another Main Form, duly paid for, in the name of the applicant.
  6. Incomplete applications and /or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  7. Any kind of tampering in documents will lead to permanent disqualification.
  8. Candidates having any foreign degrees/ diploma/ results in the form of GPA/Grade points are required to provide an equivalence certificate stating percentage/marks.
  9. All admissions will be granted provisionally and will be subject to finalization/confirmation only after submission of SSC and HSSC certificates by the candidates, duly attested by IBCC, within 02 weeks of admission.
  10. All information / Admission Updates and Merit Lists would be displayed on University Notice Board and website. No letters would be sent for admission offers/commencement of classes, etc.
  11. Schedule for displaying the Merit Lists will be available on our website by the 4th week of August 2023.
  12. Form Processing Fee Rs. 100/- per Main Form for Bachelors Program would be collected by First Women Bank Limited at the time of form submission.

 

Candidates awaiting results must submit the Admission Form to the bank within the due date. Late Results (if any) can be submitted separately to FJWU Admission Office only by the deadline provided on our website in the 4th week of August.

Different scholarships for deserving students and on-campus hostel facilities are also available.

The last date for submission of forms is September 05, 2023.
