The university aims to offer facilities for the leisure and recreation of its students, enabling them to utilize the benefits and opportunities which university life has to offer. The university has more than 4000 students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. This creates a busy, stimulating, and interesting environment. |

| Educational guidance and counseling services help students throughout thier time at FJWU, assisting them in their personal and academic development as well as advising them on career options and oppertunities. Students can have a face to face interaction with thier councelors in regular counseling sessions. |
| Co-cuuicular Activities |
| Co-curricular activities are as important as academic activites for the all-around development of an individual. These activities help students to develop fully by inculcating a sense of confidence, fulfillment and achievement with in them. |
| Intra-university and Inter-university Competitions |
Fatima Jinnah Women University accords due importance to providing oppertunities for participation in all aspects of university life by regularly holding various kinds of competitions and sports events every year. The intra-university competitions are held during the fall semester, while the winter/spring semester includes an inter-university festivity during the women's week. Talented FJWU students are also encouraged to represent their university in different universities all over Pakistan. In year 2008, the university responded to about 25 invitations from different universities all over Pakistan and won many prizes as well. |
