FATIMA JINNAH WOMEN UNIVERSITY

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) at Rawalpindi intends to pre-qualify Contractors/Firms for the following two Projects at present, and Future Projects at their City Campus on the Mall, Rawalpindi.

1. Provision of Sports Facilities at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi

2. Construction of Girls Hostel at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi

Firms having capacity and experience of similar works are required to submit following information / details alongwith documentary proofs with their applications.

1. Name of firm, Memorandum and Article of Association, Details of Organization, Address(s) of its office(s) along with phones, fax numbers and e-mail address etc.

2. In case of joint ventures, an MOU between the parties on stamp papers.

3. List and CVs of Permanent Technical Personnel available with the Firms for such projects.

4. Details of similar works undertaken during the last five years with their cost indicating names and address(s) of Sponsors.

5. List of equipment etc. owned by the Firm for conducting field works.

6. Bank references / certificates including credit worthiness of the firm.

7. National Tax Number (NTN) along with a copy of Income Tax Return for the last three years.

8. Financial status of the Firm, Audited Account State for the last three years be provided.

9. Registration of the Firm / company with Registrar of companies.

10. Proof of valid registration with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) as practicing Contractors.

11. Performance certificate from the client of past/current project(s) should be attached.

12. Any other relevant information.

13. An affidavit to the affect that the Firm/company has never been involved in litigation / arbitration nor it has been black listed due to any reason.

14. Any wrong information provided shall tantamount to misconduct and render the Contractors to be disqualified at any time in addition to action as per bye laws of P.E.C.

15. The Documents containing instructions for preparation and submission of pre-qualification documents can be collected during work hours (0800 Hours to 1600 Hours except Saturday and Sunday), from the Project Director’s Office on payment of Rs. 1000/- in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of The Vice Chancellor, FJWU, Rawalpindi. The documents shall be issued up to March 01, 2010.

16. Complete application with supporting documents must reach the Project Director, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi by March 03, 2010.
