PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE
Fatima Jinnah Women
University (FJWU) intends to establish complete Television Studio Laboratory with
all supporting activities i.e. Production, Non-Linear Editing, Recording,
Copying/ Archives, Photo Documentation with a view to providing hands-on
experience to students in the areas of Production, News Editing, Talk-Shows,
Cartoon Animation, Photo Documentation and Documentaries,
etc.
Sealed proposals for
pre-qualification of firms for establishing the laboratory on Turn-key basis are
invited from reputed firms in this field. The terms and conditions are as
under: -
1.
Firms should be registered with Income Tax and
Sales Tax Department.
2.
The firm must have minimum of three years of
experience in the relevant field given above.
3.
Only those firms will be considered,
who have the experience of establishing at least two projects (Private/
Public sector) in the relevant field given above.
4.
Organizations applying for pre-qualification must
provide the following information: -
a. Number
of years in business.
b. Number
of office locations (local/ global).
c. Number
of projects (establishing complete Television Studio) completed.
d. Detail
of organizations for which the projects were done.
e. Bank
statement for the last 2 years.
f. Number
of times black-listed in the last five years.
g. Number
of legal litigation cases pending against the firm.
h. Relationship
with OEM, if any.
5. Competent
Authority reserves the right to accept/ reject all or any proposal for
pre-qualification.
Interested Parties may send their proposals to the
office of the undersigned latest by
March 09, 2010. The proposals
will be opened on next day at 1100 hours in the office of Project Director,
