Registrar Office
The Registrar Office of FJWU coordinates the offices of Admission,Courses Coordinator and Administration.The two Officers, Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar hold the responsibility of assisting the students for their internship through placement office,correspondence with parents, visiting faculty members,registered and prospective students. The Registrar Office recognizes and plans summer workshops, annual field trips, convocation, various fund raising projects, counseling, inter-program and inter-university competition. Different academic activities including conferences, seminars, talks , colloquium etc are also planned by the Registrar Office.

      

Controller Examination Office
The Controller of Examinations Office undertakes the full range of administrative duties associated with examinations, i.e.Conducting examination of mid-term and final-term, inspection of examination, processing examination results, preparing degrees & transcripts, , issuance of semester reports after every semester, issuance of profiles of grades and notification of student performance to grant awarding bodies, communication of results, student progress reviews, preparation of date sheets, coordination in printing of examination papers, invigilation schedules, calculation of GPA, CGPA, deals with all matters regarding examinations and administers the internal examination semester system. Also advises instructors on regulations and procedures relating to examinations and students.

Treasurer Office
Working of Treasure's Office involves the verification of submission of fee, payment of scholarships and issuance of Fee Certificate for Exemption of Income Tax. This office also handles the applications related to deposit of fee, late submission of fee, refund of securities, payment of fine, duplicate semester result, thesis extension, convocation registration and gown security. Treasurer's Office is also responsible for making payments in accordance with laid down procedures of Government of Punjab as well as university's rules and regulations.It also maintains financial data for student's related record.

Admission Office
The Admission Office  provides a central service, which manages the admission process for potential and current applicants to Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs throughout the university. Admission Office helps students through the entry criteria, procedures and other queries regarding admissions. The primary function of the office is to ensure that effective and efficient assessment procedures are in place. This office also deals and keeps fee and other concerned records of students. Admission Office also handles scholarship for needy students by evaluating student's financial need and identify available resources.

Courses Coordinator Office

Courses Coordinator Office deals with scheduling of more than 450 Graduate & Undergraduate courses, preparing and updating of attendance sheets for all courses offered in every semester, keeping record of all registered students and record of courses taken by them, maintaining leave record, CCO organizes, plans and schedules all core courses (Women in development, Quantitative Analysis, Introduction to Computer, Language skills, Research Report Writing) offered to first semester master’s students. CCO also issues university ID card & mobile registration card. It also involves in organizing, arranging and managing events like Annual Day, Women's Week, Festivals,Convocation,Musical Evenings and Guest Lectures.

Web Admin Office
This office is engaged in developing and updating the FJWU official web site, handling all web related queries and feedback from users/faculty/staff/students.It keeps on updating the web site with the current programs/events/admissions etc. This office also manages web mail accounts for faculty.
