Ph.D is a multi disciplinary program keeping in view the vision of FJWU. Initially the areas offered arewithin the programs witha strong graduate faculty i.e. Behavioral Sciences, English Language and Literature, Gender Studies, Economics, Environmental Sciences and Education.

The rules and regulations of Ph.D program at FJWU are in accordance with the conditions set by the HEC. the students will have to publish a paper in an HEC recognized journal and take the subject specific international GRE at the stipulated time.

Students are required to complete 48 credit hours of course work preferably taken within the first two years of study.

• Minimum of 2nd division in Master from any Higher Education Commission (HEC) recongized Univrsity
• Clearned TOEFL/IELTS
• Demonstrated research/professional experience for at least two years after the master's program.
• Have an NOC from the Employer (If Applicable)

• Professional Women with a minimum of two years work experience

• Masters in First Class in any subject from HEC recognized University

• Preferrence will be given to applicants who have worked in a Public Sector University or College either as an academic or an administrator

• Should be able to take two weeks of study leave for face to face teaching each semester

• Admission on prescribed admission form

• A statement of 1000 words about yourself, present achievement and future goals.
